A coaching programme with me is personal and bespoke. I pride myself on building a high level of honesty and trust in our working relationship right from the beginning. I then create a structure for your program and I use powerful coaching tools as well as tapping into my inner wisdom to help you create inner shifts and real results. From this place you are supported to create the amazing outcomes that you really desire in your life.

CLEARING THE PATH (3 Month programme)

This is my immersive 1-2-1 signature programme, designed to provide meaningful results, which includes:

- 12 weekly live sessions with me via Zoom

- Goal setting to give you purposeful direction

- Support in-between sessions via WhatsApp/email

BESPOKE 1-2-1 

This is a more flexible & intuitively-designed program, tailored to meet your specific needs and goals and what I intuitively feel will support you to reach them.


It will include a mix of the above, depending on the number of sessions included, with the required powerful coaching tools and wisdom I feel you need to transform yourself and your life most effectively.
